Batman: Arkham Asylum now Available On Demand

Microsoft has been doing a lot to expand their On Demand library recently. Many great games have made their way to my download queue and given me a reason to have a 250GB hard drive. The most recent addition to the collection is one that I’m particularly excited about. One of the few superhero games to really impress me, Batman: Arkham Asylum is now available on Games on Demand via Xbox live. Priced at just $39.99, that’s a pretty good deal. If you missed out on the game the first time around, you might consider adding it to your download queue. The full game takes up 7 gigabytes of space, so you might need to clean out some hard drive space before downloading.

It surpassed everyone's expectations, which is awesome.

I just saw thisw used for $30! I'd rather have a physical copy of a game so I can at least get some of my money back when i'm done with it!

Must suck to game on such a strict budget you have to get thrifty. I'm still content with my waaay more expensive copy that came with a plastic batarang.

It was a good game.

This however, is not a deal. Gamestop has it for $20 NEW, but the sale ends this Sunday.

I STILL have not played this game. Which means it's time to clear space and get out the credit card.

I bought my copy in January. I was in Best Buy and for some reason they were selling it for $29.99. No brainer.

Its a great game, and I'm honestly surprise this game is priced reasonably. The price is the same price as it is in stores. Games on Demand is a great feature for XBL, but sometimes the prices are a little absurd. I saw Call of Duty 2 for like $30, which is insane when I can pick it up used for like $5.

Yeah, but don't buy it On Demand when you can get it on disc for almost half the price.

I already bought the disc version :(
