Xbox Wireless Headset Now Available in Black

Ex: For those of you who are borderline OCD and need to have everything the same color, it must have killed you when the Xbox 360 Elite had no accessories that matched. Well Microsoft has been hard at work getting those accessories to you Elites. The latest in the lineup is the Xbox 360 Wireless Headset, now available in Elite Black.

I've got the original and it works OK well enough. Just wish that MS would *gasp* allow some decent third-party wireless sets.

I liked it, but damn this should have come out with the Elite

RedDead5790d ago (Edited 5790d ago )

Had the old one too, I am clumsy though so I lost it. I wish they had 3rd party support, it is more money for them and all so I guess business is business

Edit. I have to look for that one actually. It was quite good wasn't it

CrAppleton5790d ago

It took damn long enough for them to do this.. now what about the battery chargers and text pad?

DelbertGrady5790d ago

The battery charger is already available. If you mean the cord one. The station I don't know.

thrust5790d ago

yeah i have the black ones :/

SupaGamer5790d ago

I prefer the one that came with the xbox.

Neco5125790d ago

the one that came with it was a piece of crap. I like the wireless one, but I have an elite. I've been wanting a black one. Not sure if I'll cough up the money for another one though

Queasy5790d ago

It works well enough for being free and ensures that every 360 owner can chat online.

Oh wait...maybe that's not such a good thing. ;)

RedDead5790d ago

Maybe it's my fault but I think they are the most unreliable piece of shi* i've ever come accross, I had too buy one every few months. I just can't be bothered so I don't have one anymore. I've had maybe 8(minimum) now since 06

Queasy5790d ago

I've been through a few but they had to be replaced because of damage and not because of unreliability.

My last one went out because I had a puppy in my lap while playing online and wouldn't you know it...he chewed through the cord.

thrust5790d ago

yeah i have the wireless one while it good i find it drops from 3 bars charge to dead in about 30mins and i find it a bit of a pain to plug it in to charge it.

it could do with a re-design and a nice stand that will charge it :)

like a pro version of somthin :D

"Gaming’s Biggest Fighting Franchise"

Press X to (seriously) doubt.

DarXyde45d ago

Underrated comment. I used to hate that game so much that any time my siblings asked me to play it, I just picked Hom and shut myself down mid-match.

And then MK1 killed it again.

15 years went by so fast. I remember playing through the story mode at launch.
