So what else is new? that the PC version has DRM? What else are we supposed to expect from a company that spends more time on draconian DRMs rather than the game quality itself?

Ubisoft has been treating PC gamers really bad. They miss the point , neverthless , their Games always appear on torrent even with the new DRM , I don't know when will they get it.
Also ,this is a simulator , it is supposed to sell more on PC due to the nature of the platform but they killed it potential early even before game release.

Settlements allow companies to continue to do whatever abusive practices they do. While the trials (should the company lose) would actually force real changes for the better.

But again, I'm not in these workers shoes and I can understand them not wanting to risk it.
