The depth and detail Blizzard has put into these new starting areas is starting to creep me out - in a good way! I also really like the detail in the new character models (this goes for the worgen, too). I only hope at some point they update the old race character models to these new standards.
I think the Goblins comical theme in WoW is pretty awesome but I must say I somewhat prefer the theme of them in Oblivion as little scavenger-ish, brutal, uncivilized, and disgusting individuals. This is not meaning to draw a comparison from the game-play sense but certainly I do prefer this overall theme.
That being said the re-design of the early levels of each class in WoW for Cataclysm really make me want to jump into this universe even more. Fans of the series loved the game a lot as it is, and now they are loving the changes made (which is rare usually when a game is changed people miss the old ways) so this is pretty enticing to me. I really am dying to see what it's all about!
