PlayDevil has posted an updated review of Obsidians' espionage RPG, "Alpha Protocol".
While it has been delayed numerous times, is it still worth buying?

In regards to narrative, Alpha Protocol has all the excitement and intrigue that any good spy story legally should and the game itself does a good job of making you feel as if you’re a secret agent: there are dossiers you can read, allowing you to read up on the characters and the organisations you meet.
Alpha Protocol has sneaked its way back onto Steam as part of its Summer Sale, much to the surprise of a few loyal fans.
One of the few 7th gen game that I'll full heartedly support for a remake.
Its a very unique RPG and deserves its faults fixed the 2nd time.
I would be so for this. Alpha Protocol is the definition of a diamond in the rough. Before being acquired by Microsoft, Obsidian presented their ideas for a sequel, multiple times, but were always shot down. Even something simple like a remaster is very unlikely.
Still have a physical copy for my PS3. Clunky at times but I had a lot of fun with it back in the day.

all the games in the above list are bang on. this is the only reason we need backwards compatibility and physical presense of games for the upcoming future, no matter what.
Honorable mention to the excellent Driveclub, one of the best racing games of all-time and one of my favourite games ever.

I really wanted a MotorStorm using the same engine, Driveclub is easily one of the best looking games on PS4 and I'm surprised they didn't even give it a PS4 Pro patch.
I adored Driveclub and the Bike expansion. I also loved Motorstorm. Evolution shutting down was a crime
Outrun Online Arcade, Sega Rally Online Arcade, After Burner Climax... all good stuff. I keep my 360 hooked up to play these as well as the TMNT games that were also delisted.

Also..Deadpool the Game is missing on that list.
Many overlooked RPGs lie dormant in the catalogues of gaming, but players can pick up their swords and shields with these amazing JRPG hidden gems!
i haven't played it yet but i'm sure its a solid game. it looks like something i'd enjoy.
The graphics could be a lot better, it's just that you're playing a PS2 title but the engaging story makes the game a bit better. And when playing it more and more, you'll appreciate the effort Obsidian went through of bringing an espionage rpg.
