Kinect- $150 + free $50 game

PS MOVE- $80 if you buy the sphere and the Navigation separately, $100 for bundle + free game.

PS MOVE is cheaper but not by much to be honest, its going to take a lot of convincing for people to jump onto the motion ship. That being said I am going to be buying both Kinect and MOVE

Kinect isn't competing with Move, Move is competing with Kinect. Kinect's new and much more exiting tech is in it's own league with popular opinion and new tech excitment amung casuals and developers plus gamers. Kinect is no more competing with Move than Wii was competing with Sixaxis motion for the PS3. I promise and I almost forgot the 360 will outsell the Wii this month as I predicted last month. Stop posting price articles people assumed Kinect would cost this much for months the official price won't make Kinect magically unappealing to the people planning to buy It based on the rumored And now official price. People have been pre-ordering Kinect at this price by the truck loads for weeks.

So far Kinect has been shown as a group device, meaning that anyone who's buying it just for themselves is likely wasting money.

Move on the other hand only becomes "expensive" when its bought with group activities in mind.

Sony's Move will cost more to do the same thing with 2 players.

Those move controllers look damn sexy.

I prefer move. I own both consoles but have no desire to purchase kinect.

That definitely would have been the absolute worst time for stick drift to happen...

I always wanted a true to life surgery simulator for PSVR1. I always knew those Move controllers were precise AF under the proper conditions.

Move was a very accurate device under good conditions. Dr Marks even wanted to open it up for hobbyists and developers to extract more data to do more things. I even seen him use it for space, astronaut like simulations.

Sony always had the tech. They just needed the software to go with it. PS Move limit was not having an analog stick. Which it seems the PS5 controller made up for that.

I would like to see them use PS VR 2 for surgery or something with that eye tracking built in.

At least it wasn’t used for a mini-sub
