the ski game looks good but it seems like you can not crash.... WTF this is more than a casual game... these are games are dumy proof!!! lol

It's funny I would argue that this is more aimed at hardcore Sport gamers (as it isn't cartoon). I don't think I'll enjoy the Skiiing game, but the Footbal game look likes fun. Regardless this isn't enough to get me wanting to get Kinect, but definitely a game to consider buying If i do get Kinect.

The gameplay for that skiing game looks incredible. Please now. If you hate Kinect that is fine but do gamers a favor and just fine something you care about to comment on. I think by now everyone got the message (Kinect is a piece of junk and can not be used for gaming). There, I posted it for you. Now begone.

you would sometime fall... lol also you could do more then basic tricks...

That skiing game is hardcore. This and snow boarding are perfect for Kinect. My Kinect collection is starting to grow too fast. But this is how I always wanted to play a skiing game. I can begin to tell you how truly excited I am about this game. Wooohooo!

It's important to also understand that this is a tech demo just to give players at E3 a chance to feel how the game moves. I guarantee you will be able to fall in the full release, but with only a minute or two on each demo they most likely didn't want to add that in.

I can't sit here and act like I know these workers financial situations. And I'm sure nobody wakes up WANTING to go to court. But for the sake of the industry, I wish some of these types of cases made it to trial.

Settlements allow companies to continue to do whatever abusive practices they do. While the trials (should the company lose) would actually force real changes for the better.

But again, I'm not in these workers shoes and I can understand them not wanting to risk it.
