Lexicon Entertainment today announced Voltage for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
Voltage is a futuristic racing game with real-time strategy elements, which is being developed by IBA Group, situated in Czech Republic. Voltage takes the rush and thrill of speed racing to a new level. Races take place far in the future on the planets of the Solar system, where players compete in the fastest and most technologically advanced races, to acquire the supreme title of the Solar System's Best Racer.

Triverse writes, "Puzzle games are nothing new, they have been around in gaming for years, hitting their first major peak with Tetris (then Bejeweled and so on). The point is, there are plenty of variations in the puzzle genre. Voltage is another puzzler that is taking on all challengers with it’s unique take on the “falling object” genre that Tetris pretty much created."

From the preview by Xbox World 360:
"Visually, Voltage certainly seems to be, erm, reminiscent enough of F-Zero to give us hope of a perfectly entertaining doppelganger racer, and there's the odd gameplay detail that suggests it could be a fun little romp in its own right... However, call us prejudiced fools but the fact that this is the first game from a corporate IT company who proudly summarise their debut as 'a 3D game', as if that in itself is a selling point suggests that the ghost of low-scoring pile-up Fatal Inertia may return to haunt us."
