Skyward Sword, in my opinion, looks to be the best zelda game yet. Everything that i saw at E3 got me excited including the graphics. This article is well written and is right. Skyward Sword has the potential to be great

Hopefully this game will go down as the best Zelda game ever. I'd like to see OoT dethroned. =P

I love the new anime inspired look, The Bomb bowling, The whip, the beetle. Motion+ sword fighting.

The only reason why people think this Zelda will be small is because Nintendo announced so much Big stuff at E3, that its overshadowing Zelda. Watch E3 2011 it be hyped all over again and get the big recognition it deserves. Its just that this year alone we will see Kirby, DK, and the new 007, and thatis out shining Zelda for now. Also,3DS will be hear by the end of March with the new Kid Icarus. All that hype is taking some hype from Zelda, but make no mistake about it, Skyward Sword will be THE ZELDA GAME to remember. I believe it will be on par with or better than OOT

The only problem with the first part of his article I see is that it's been confirmed that [spoilers]: The Skyward Sword becomes the Master Sword [/spoilers]. Still, I enjoy the point that the Skyward Sword leaves many more possibilities open than it just being the Sword of Evil's Bane again...

Yeah, the article was written with the intent of saying what SHOULD BE done, despite what is or is not being done in reality, to make this game great. I should have specified that somewhere.

U.S. patent examiner rejects Nintendo’s summoning characters patent as obvious: non-final ruling

The rejection is non-final (and even when such rejections are labeled as “final”, the process is far from over, given that there can be, at minimum, an appeal to the Federal Circuit).

Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.

PRIMORDUS43d ago (Edited 43d ago )

Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.

How about the original Legend of Zelda remade with the Echoes of Wisdom engine. Maybe throw in added dungeons, or expand the map to make the game longer than the original.

A Zelda 1 remake would be great, but not with the Echoes of Wisdom art style. I find it unappealing.

I'd even suggest a Link to the Past as well. Would love a more modern HD look using the Links Awakening / Echoes engine.

I would like Twilight Princess HD for Switch or Switch 2.

A movie trailer, or nothing if Mario's was anything to go by
