Shit happens... Everyday social stress is way worse than video games

HopSkotch5804d ago

every single emotion to be multiplied by 10 fold...seriously i can be super happy gaming when i'm 38-2 in COD or be straight up pissed off when my lil bro beats me in Madden. Pros and Cons :D

I was playing the MoH beta earlier and got almost furious when I started to lag. That is when I knew it was time to take a break.

EXACTLY, emotional expression.. it's better than going out and starting a shootout is it not? haha

Video games allows us to experience things that would be absurd to do in real life

Can increase aggressive behavior I hate when people try to pin anger on video games when I bet infact its the best way to release your stress/anger and cope with it. If your an angry person you will be an angry person before you put in the game and after you put in the game which means there were problems in the life already which can be proven its majority bad parenting and school related.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Jingsing17d ago

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit17d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

Jingsing17d ago

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

Tanktopmaster9217d ago

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
