My friends and I cosplay at cons and shit and it takes A LOT of hard work, dedication and pride to make and wear some of those costumes, let alone have the looks for them. It's not an easy hobby nor is it cheap.

This chick's good-looking but it's unfair to give all these chick's the spotlight when there are TONS of other freakin' AMAZING video game/anime cosplays out there that actually make and assemble a REAL costume worthy of recognition.

Nobody has to agree with me, but I'm sure other cosplayers out there who understand would. I just felt like saying that finally after seeing all these lame cosplay articles day after day on here.... =/

It's about dedication and accuracy. Which for my money puts Nathan Sharratt's Big Sister costume in front by a long way. Considering the amount of time, effort and dedication it took to design (and even WEAR) the costume, this ought to be at the head of the table IMO.

while this girl, is pretty much just showcasing her tits, and calling it a day. the costume part of her submissions leaves a lot to be desired.

it's kind of insulting to the folks who literally spend HOURS creating some damn impressive cosplay outfits, and this chick just shows up on the scene, jigglpuffs around, and everyone's like, "HOLY SHIT! BEST COSPLAY EVAR!!!"
