1UP writes: "Well, to be fair, you do need to break a lot of blocks in Lego Universe for the loot. What MMO doesn't provide good loot as incentives, right? But it's what you do with the building block pieces that drop from fallen foes that impresses us. What's been a complaint (by some) against the console titles -- namely, that the games' focus on destroying objects runs counter to the creative aspect of Lego's appeal -- is not an issue with Universe. The MMO not only lets you construct buildings or creatures, but it also looks to provide simple tools to make creation a snap."

LEGO Universe's Dong-Detection Was The Game's Downfall

Often it is asked why Lego hasn’t done Minecraft. After all, the formula fits. You put blocks on to other blocks to create something blocky and wonderful, fresh from your imagination. Surely that just screams Lego.

It seems that they tried with Lego Universe, but how do you make a kid-friendly Lego MMO when almost everybody seems intent on building penises?

Lego Release Interactive Comic Sequel On Android: Hardcore Droid News

Developed by The Lego Group, the app takes the form of an interactive comic book, complete with mini-games and virtual Lego build kits to be unlocked. The Antimatter Missions is broken up into five parts, with five short comics making up the bulk of the title.
