Manufacturer information and a Futuremark produced video demonstration of the DMP Maestro-2G graphics chip, rumoured to be powering the Nintendo 3DS.

This image basically confirms that in Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon we will be seeing an alternate story. While it has been stated by Nintendo multiple times that this was the case, they were never really clear on it.
Why in fucks name did the designs for the mc make it through the planing stages of development? They are by far the worse thing pokemon have produced.

Hey! Pikmin is brand new adventure set on the Nintendo 3DS as Captain Olimar's ship crash lands on a mysterious alien planet.
Every time I see 'released on Steam' my heart sinks. Why don't these guys release on GOG instead?

Beware Space Pirates. Beware Metroids. Samus Aran is back and she is locked & loaded.
alot of anti-aliasing considering that its a tech demo, but it gives you an indication of how good gpu is.
cant wait to buy a 3DS.
It's interesting how crisp that looks compared to a lot of Wii games.
I hope the 3DS won't cost that much
If he withdraws and sheathes that dam sword one more time I will... do nothing. Great demo though looking forward to 3DS
Real games won't look this good, this is only a tech demo, not running any AI physics or anything thing even MGS3 demo. 3DS games also require 3D support, which will be required to rendered twice (2X 400X240), so that will limit what the graphic card can do compare to the tech demo. And Nintendo is also trying to get the battery life to match the DS, which means they will probably clock it lower, which will further reduce its graphical capability. The system does support shaders however like normal map etc which can help making low poly models looks good.
