Well that's that then i guess

zeeshan5850d ago

You know I kinda knew this wouldn't happen but I am still a little heartbroken here! I really do wish for Sega to come back in the console business but yeah, it ain't gona happen anymore :(

ravinash5850d ago

I'm kind of glad.
I don't need any more little boxes appearing under my TV.

Brewski0075850d ago

Im glad because I want sega to do well and doing a console would be suicide. Hopefully they can start producing more and more better games in the future.

The Tingler5850d ago

It was a stupid rumor anyway. Of course it's never going to happen.

T9X695850d ago

Crusade5850d ago

Yeah, they just don't have the money to compete right now.

HurstDarkStar5850d ago

depends what if their launch games were too good to pass up?

USEYOURFIST5850d ago

they wouldnt just come out and say o yea thats true we are making a new console would they?

JackBNimble5850d ago

Every console sega has ever made was made at a loss. Why would they even want back in the hardware business when making software is safer and more profitable?

Crusade5850d ago

Unless they were getting into business with someone else? Someone who lacked first party support, has an almost dependent relationship with third parties, and who has a userbase of previous dreamcast owners?
