First of all, the system itself is a natural evolution of the Nintendo DSi system. It feels nice in the hands. It has a large analog stick for the left thumb that slides in circular fashion – far superior than any of the options Sony's offered on its PSP system.
But it's the 3D display. Holy crap.

I enjoyed both Rush games, I did think the action was sometimes too fast to see what was coming up in terms of hazards though, which meant replaying the same stage a bunch of times, other than that they were enjoyable, good special stages, 3D sections and bosses for the most part.
DS is one of the best consoles of all time. Such a rich library of software
Zelda were all glorious on it.

Easily the biggest annoucement at E3 this year bar none. 3D glassless gaming, It will pave the way for HDTV's that do not need glasses. This is why its almost silly to invest in these $3000 TV's when Sharp, Samsung, and even Sony are creating this tech as we speak.
I'm not all that huge on Nintendo. But...I WANT ONE.
yeah 3D is the future without the glasses. this things lineup is spectacular to say the least. I expect any wii upgrades to be similar.

The shader out put on this thing is way better than what they are saying this is better than GC graphics and even better than the wii in some spots. Really impressive. SF4 running on it is just scary
