IGN E3 2010: Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Preview

IGN.com: It's been ten years since Marvel vs. Capcom 2 hit the Dreamcast. Finally, one of the best 2D fighters of all time is getting a sequel. The characters in Marvel vs. Capcom 3 may be polygonal, but the fundamentals of the game haven't changed. It's your three chosen characters against an opponent's in a tag-team match on a 2D plane. You can call in for an assist from one of your reserves, unleash powerful special moves specific to your character--pretty much everything you could do in MVC2.

you know what, even though this looks very similar to the capcom vs tat the combos looks like the string together just like mvc2 which i'm happy about. hopefully this game comes out great. what i don't like is the little old batman "sweet" and "dude" and "good" comments.

Whether it was a colossal successful partnership with Marvel Comics or a collaboration with rivals Namco and SNK, the “Vs.” series brought unforgettable experiences to the fighting genre.
