Same for Nintendo games.
I think Nintendo's Metroid Prime Trilogy was a lazy port, because it didn't update any controls from the original Metroid Prime 3(at least I think).

The original Metroid Prime 3 was released basically 2 full years before Metroid Prime Trilogy, and the controls weren't fully customizable like The Conduit's.

I think Nintendo is attempting to make WM+ more of a standard now, with the Wii bundles included WSR and WM+, but when Nintendo is releasing games like SMG2, S&P2, and as of now, Metroid: Other M, all without WM+ support, why should 3rd parties?

This is a good point. The only solution I can see would be for Nintendo to release Zangeki no Reginleiv in North America.

The thing is.... not all games need it. The above examples of SMG2, S&P2 and Metroid: Other M definitely don't(although some have suggested SMG2 could do with having it).

For S&P2 at least you only need to the pointer and you don't turn the camera so there's no risk of pointing away from the sensor bar(which it seems a lot of people do). M+ would add nothing to it... correct me if I'm wrong.
