Gaming Today writes: "Alpha Protocol is, generally speaking, a terrible game. The combat is thoroughly unenjoyable. The plot is incoherent and contains numerous continuity errors. The game’s branching structure provides only the illusion that your actions matter. The whole RPG side of things is laughably implemented and can, depending on the order you choose to do the missions, completely destroy the flow of the game. There are plenty of technical glitches, and the AI is, ah, well, not very intelligent, to put it nicely."
Alpha Protocol has sneaked its way back onto Steam as part of its Summer Sale, much to the surprise of a few loyal fans.
One of the few 7th gen game that I'll full heartedly support for a remake.
Its a very unique RPG and deserves its faults fixed the 2nd time.
I would be so for this. Alpha Protocol is the definition of a diamond in the rough. Before being acquired by Microsoft, Obsidian presented their ideas for a sequel, multiple times, but were always shot down. Even something simple like a remaster is very unlikely.
Still have a physical copy for my PS3. Clunky at times but I had a lot of fun with it back in the day.

I really wanted a MotorStorm using the same engine, Driveclub is easily one of the best looking games on PS4 and I'm surprised they didn't even give it a PS4 Pro patch.
I adored Driveclub and the Bike expansion. I also loved Motorstorm. Evolution shutting down was a crime
Outrun Online Arcade, Sega Rally Online Arcade, After Burner Climax... all good stuff. I keep my 360 hooked up to play these as well as the TMNT games that were also delisted.
