Sonic rides on to Project Natal?

A new E3 rumour suggests that Sega's big game for the Project Natal motion-sensing camera is another entry in the Sonic Riders series.

GWAVE5832d ago

*Cue articles claiming Sonic Natal will be best game evarrrr

whateva5832d ago

might be good! Sega is really good at these games

CYCLEGAMER5832d ago

Sad to say, but you might be correct. If all this turns out to be another eye toy for the most part, I will be highly upset.

D4RkNIKON5831d ago

How can anyone disagree with whateva? The proof is in the damn video. It seems like the kind of game Natal could do.

Close_Second5831d ago (Edited 5831d ago )

...because they have a hard time accepting that Natal is nothing more than EyeToy 2.0. The only real difference between EyeToy and Natal will be a bigger PR and marketing spend and the fact that the 360 has more processing might than the PS2. Which should hopefully equate to games that offer more of a challenge.

Natal is like a 2 button mouse to Apple's single button mouse. Although they might do things differently they both perform the exact same function.

Sonic Riders? I thought about Sonic 4, better read the whole article next...

Rainstorm815831d ago

I wouldnt quite call it a big game, but it does look very similar to antigrav.

I pray MS and Sony doesnt drown us with shovelware,PLEASE DONT!

Slade235829d ago (Edited 5829d ago )

yeah i don't call it a big game either beacause I played sonic Riders before on the PS2 it gonna be the same thing but using natal for it. if they put online play with some other features or gameplay with it. am ok with it. but if it the same old sonic riders we play on ps2 then wont be that great.

People that are new to this game will enjoy it. But people that play Sonic Riders before might not if it the same thing.

also lets not hope for a sequel because i heard that sonic Riders Zero Gravity Sucks. which was for the wii.

edit: nevermind about the sequal part.

HolyOrangeCows5831d ago (Edited 5831d ago )

Current day Sonic and Natal deserve eachother.

LOL @ Gwave. Dude, motion controls for racing games is some of the most idiotic concept developers have ever tried. Ever try to connect magnets of the same polarity together? It sorta feels like that. How do I know? Try Mario Kart Wii, or Sonic on the Wii and you will know what im talking about.

DA_SHREDDER5832d ago

lol hahaha, Quantum Physics. Go to college and maybe you will learn.

SOAD5831d ago

Quantum Physics? You can learn how magnets work from classical physics.

King Hippo5831d ago

How do they work? Simple.

saint_john_paul_ii5832d ago

you know i was just playing. just found it funny when you said magnets lol

Eamon5831d ago

lol we know, but DA_SHREDDER is obviously still at children's school.
