We really enjoy the stories of persevering studios, those that managed to work through a series of setbacks and delays to eventually provide gamers with a polished and appreciated product. You will often hear about these feel-good results for years after the embattled developer releases an impressive title, but the failures fade into obscurity. Sadly, Alpha Protocol falls into the latter category. We’ve been waiting on Obsidian’s “espionage/RPG” for quite a long time and on the surface, the concept and premise were both very promising".
Alpha Protocol has sneaked its way back onto Steam as part of its Summer Sale, much to the surprise of a few loyal fans.
One of the few 7th gen game that I'll full heartedly support for a remake.
Its a very unique RPG and deserves its faults fixed the 2nd time.
I would be so for this. Alpha Protocol is the definition of a diamond in the rough. Before being acquired by Microsoft, Obsidian presented their ideas for a sequel, multiple times, but were always shot down. Even something simple like a remaster is very unlikely.
Still have a physical copy for my PS3. Clunky at times but I had a lot of fun with it back in the day.

Honorable mention to the excellent Driveclub, one of the best racing games of all-time and one of my favourite games ever.

I really wanted a MotorStorm using the same engine, Driveclub is easily one of the best looking games on PS4 and I'm surprised they didn't even give it a PS4 Pro patch.
I adored Driveclub and the Bike expansion. I also loved Motorstorm. Evolution shutting down was a crime
Outrun Online Arcade, Sega Rally Online Arcade, After Burner Climax... all good stuff. I keep my 360 hooked up to play these as well as the TMNT games that were also delisted.
