While the amount of stages may be small, Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype provides an experience that never gets old. You can play the same stages plenty of times. It’s hard to get bored with the game and unlocking everything the game has to offer could take a while. The game’s 2D shooting formula never feels old. Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype is a shining example of what a 2D shooter these days should be. Other than the overly complicated story, the game is solid and definitely worth the $12.99 price tag.
