With the coincidental recent release of Remedy's Alan Wake, another reputable developer is looking to finally release a title many feel is long overdue. Obsidian Entertainment, of Neverwinter Nights 2 and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II fame, is looking to bring their RPG experience into the modern world of international conspiracies and covert ops with their latest title, Alpha Protocol.
Alpha Protocol has sneaked its way back onto Steam as part of its Summer Sale, much to the surprise of a few loyal fans.
One of the few 7th gen game that I'll full heartedly support for a remake.
Its a very unique RPG and deserves its faults fixed the 2nd time.
I would be so for this. Alpha Protocol is the definition of a diamond in the rough. Before being acquired by Microsoft, Obsidian presented their ideas for a sequel, multiple times, but were always shot down. Even something simple like a remaster is very unlikely.
Still have a physical copy for my PS3. Clunky at times but I had a lot of fun with it back in the day.

Honorable mention to the excellent Driveclub, one of the best racing games of all-time and one of my favourite games ever.

I really wanted a MotorStorm using the same engine, Driveclub is easily one of the best looking games on PS4 and I'm surprised they didn't even give it a PS4 Pro patch.
I adored Driveclub and the Bike expansion. I also loved Motorstorm. Evolution shutting down was a crime
Outrun Online Arcade, Sega Rally Online Arcade, After Burner Climax... all good stuff. I keep my 360 hooked up to play these as well as the TMNT games that were also delisted.

Man, Alan Wake is scoring better then this game, i know Obsidian Entertainment are great devs, but they should have put in the extra polish time.
The story and rpg elements are quite good, however the game is a technical nightmare, and the cover systems sucks really hard.
I had hoped this one would be great. Well, well, more than enough other great games to play...
