Blue Toad does what any good Murder Mystery does, it entertains you, engages you and is only hinder by the unfortunate limitations of the puzzles and plot. It brings a certain charm with it and if you’re able to overlook the limited playability and have at least one other person to enjoy some English wit, Blue Toad is an enjoyable and worthy addition to any household and a must have for families.

Pocket Gamer: Blue Toad Murder Files doesn't feel like a port of a PS3 game. It feels like a title that's found its rightful home after a couple of years of wandering. The simple gameplay translates perfectly to the touchscreen of your iOS device, and the gentle pace is perfect for an evening spent reclining on the sofa.
It's by no means a perfect game, and there are some issues with load times in particular with this version, but if you're looking for a series of interconnected mini-games held together by comedy stereotypes then you're in for something of a treat.

Relentless Software has announced that Episode 1 of Blue Toad Murder Files: The Mysteries of Little Riddle is now available for free on the PlayStation Store in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and North America.
