Duplicate story but the source is in Korean in the first article showing the video.

DelbertGrady5863d ago

Isn't videogameszone.de a site where you go if you want to see news and videos that's already been reported by other sites but in much lower quality? I always thought that was their purpose.

Kind of like N4G but with crap quality and claiming all the sources as their own. Why are they still allowed on here?

nilamo5863d ago

I too am wondering why this gets approved and the article with the correct source is not. Videogamezone.de is the last place that should get hits.

wow cant wait for this will downloading as soons as see availble should be soon about 9th-11th i would say.

yes they have had 5-6 years to make this game and what do they do make look crap on tv i saved up for months for (iam 16 year old in the care system in my own flat paying lecky gas dog food vet bills internet ect so saving up for hdtv was struggle ) anyone to sit there and say that this game will not looked streched at resoltion as low as it is, on hdtv is dumb f**K. I would glandly paid 39.99 for pc version to play at my tv's native resoltion.

Killing the gaming industry one pirated copy at a time I see. Remedy deserves more than that, these people have spent working 5 to 6 years on this game making sure it's their masterpiece, investing a massive part of their lives into it and you are going to pirate it??? Karma is a **** remember that.

Bubububu I have no money. Seriously that excuse is so lame it makes me want to kill a kitten. How the **** do you know how it will look on your 'Uber' tv, have you played it.. no?? then STFU. I hate pirates, what I hate even more is people who excuse pirating by playing the victim role.

CellularDivision5863d ago

Let him pirate if he wants to. It wont hurt you a bit.

MGRogue20175863d ago (Edited 5863d ago )

I really don't know what to think about this game anymore.. :l

From watching this video, it looks really linear so.. Once it's released, it could fail on so many different levels or become a complete success, nobody knows..

nilamo5863d ago

What's wrong with a game being lineair?? Besides this is still episode 1. We haven't seen what kind of exploring we can do.

Hallmark Moment5863d ago (Edited 5863d ago )

You can't be on the fence about something that was never proven to work. The game has never been shown as a open world game so how can you be missing out on anything? All games get things changed. What is clear is that the developers know from first hand experience the open world or should I say >sandbox< game play did not work. The game is not even as "linear" as most games because it is a cross between both open world and linear now. AW is open with linear phases.

@nilamo

Don't get me started on videogameszone.de history of doctoring content. LOL

CellularDivision5863d ago

Most linear games are highly rated, such as UC2 and GOW3.

Biggest5863d ago

The real comedy happens when you read back to the Alan Wake lovers talking about the linearity of Uncharted 2 and God of War 3. But it's all good now. Alan Wake has really cool light (1).

A Late Look: Alan Wake

VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "All in all, it’s not hard to see why Alan Wake has received a bit of a cult following (there’s that famous foreshadowing again). It’s a title that blends themes and gameplay, while pushing the limits of storytelling by putting stories within stories and letting you read those stories before you get to that part in… the story. It has flaws, to be sure - the gameplay side can’t quite keep up with the rest of its ambitions - but overall it’s a great game that stands out among its peers and is undeniably… one for the books."

Kind of a goody story...

On a serious note, that is why I try activating gift cards asap. It's happened to me where the store didnt scan it right where the card was unusuable. Happened at Wally World.

gigoran8760d ago

wait, that place is real? national lampoon wasn't kidding?

jznrpg172d ago

People sometimes call Wal-Mart Wally World including myself

Tacoboto759d ago

I just bought two of the MonsterVerse Godzilla movies on 4K - both had digital copies expiring in 2023. Both were actually expired.

I'd be surprised but it's WB, of course they'd actually expire them

Knightofelemia760d ago

Usually most of those redemption card have an expiry date on them. If they expired all buyer did was buy recycled paper. And some of those codes are country locked to certain countries. I buy a card from the States I can't use it in Canada.

Chocoburger760d ago

Dumb and silly story. She wasted her money for no reason.

Is it really that hard to go to Steam or GOG. She spent $240, when its currently 70% off on GOG, and only costs $4.49.

Gee, I wonder, should I spend $240 on eBay, or $4.49 on GOG? 🙄

Rynxie760d ago

Most likely she wanted to resell a few or most of them. However, it was a too good to be true situation.

Profchaos760d ago

So in short she paid $240.00 assuming usd for a bunch on unactivated game codes.

I still don't understand why I guess cause there's not a physical version and she wanted something for a collection or art project.

Rynxie760d ago

No, most likely to resell. However, she ended up getting screwed.

Asplundh760d ago

This is Alan Wake 1, it had physical copies.
