DreamCatcher Interactive and JoWooD Productions announced today that they will publish Painkiller: Overdose for Windows this October.
Originally started by Mindware Studios as a mod, DreamCatcher and JoWooD have teamed up to officially endorse the project (always nice to see publishers do that when a mod deserves it), providing Mindware with additional technology and assets to convert the game from mod to a "full-fledged retail-ready gaming experience."

GF365: "Here are our picks for the ten most underrated third-person shooters that you might not have played before or even known about."
Actually great list TBH I agree with all 10
I hope one day we get some remakes for the following
The saboteur(with a proper remake and quality of life features this game could be great)
Scarface world is yours
Binary domain ( such a great game with great story)
GUN(this needs a remake)
Space marine 40k(such fun time)
Would also like to suggest adding the mercenary series even the 2nd game which is disliked by many is a fun time
I recently finished Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine and found it to be very enjoyable.
The game respected the lore and the gameplay was quite decent.
The color palette was a bit underwhelming (backdrops and setting) and recycled but I think that it deserved better.
Here's hoping for an amazing sequel

Game Rant Writes "Hideo Kojima's upcoming Project Overdose should draw from the developer's most recent game if it wants to redefine gaming and film media."
No it doesn't, at all, I know everyone has a right to an opinion, but that is fucking retarded.

Footage from Hideo Kojima's horror game "Overdose" has surfaced online. The title is rumored to be streamed via cloud.
Looks like a QTE type game with smartphone interaction. This is clearly some video of playtester or focus group.
cool.... loved Painkiller with its great graphics, good storyline, and it was just mindless fun but nevertheless FUN. And dont forget the music, heavy metal will get anyone siked up...
well, i see no ones gives a rats ass about this game
