DualShockers writes, "For gamers who have been waiting a long time for one of the most talked about titles to spring up in a while for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 systems, DualShockers regrets to inform you that your wait just grew! Originally Tecmo Koei's original IP Quantum Theory was originally shown to the world in 2008 and immediately its momentum as a possibly great game began to build in snowballing proportions. However, many people feel this game may be a bit rough around the edges while some simply label it a Gears of War clone and call it a day."

Many developers try to copy great games and they often fail miserably. These are some video game rip-offs that are hilariously bad.
Every battle royale and soulslike. Every cartoony live service game with dancing

Many of the AAA out on the market today have garnered themselves millions of loyal fans and millions of dollars in revenue. But what if you can’t afford these $60 beauties, or perhaps are looking for something…different? These five video games are the generic store brands of the video game world. Just be warned — your mileage may vary.

The author intentionally plays bad video games for your twisted amusement. Tonight's Episode: Quantum Theory.
with Quantum Theory, I played the demo and was not impressed. I felt like they were trying to mix Gear of War with Lost Planet, and didn't do either very well. May be someone who never played either would have a blast with it though.
I followed this game forever until I finally came out. I got it and loved every bit of it. Originally supposed to be a PS3 exclusive. It got horrible reviews and I didn't understand any of them. They must've been playing a different game then me!
the more worried i get for the future of this title. I can't see this getting any better.
One of the most talked about? Hardly.
and closed beta'd and focused grouped and will still suck @ss when it is released.

If any one is like me, they are not only frustrated by delays, but heavily DISTRACTED by them. Quantum Theory is a member of a very special list of games in my mind. A list of games I constantly forget about! How could I think of Gran Turismo 5 when Forza 3, Need for Speed Shift, and countless others were there for the plundering? How could I concentrate on how great Final Fantasy XIII would be when all I could think about is how bad I wanted to play an RPG NOW!
Maybe it is just me, but it seems like a delay from a game that was being considered as potentially one of the next great shooters of this generation will have a hard time living up to its hype when there is a new shooter being announced every day. If there is one thing I have learned about buying games it is not to wait for games in this special area. Sure they MIGHT be good when they finally get around to releasing, but I don't want to sit here with no new games for 2-4+ years while I wait. I will instead be drawn to games that will actually release, imagine that!
I forgot this game existed
