TQcast Author Writes: When Heavy Rain was released, the first thing that came to mind was, "man, I can't wait to see Madison Paige naked". After a few hours in to the game, controlling Madison in the shower with a Dual Shock 3, I realized that Heavy Rain was indeed missing something. Although I had no problem with the controls, I felt like Heavy Rain needed a little more interaction to complement the game. Perhaps a blow up Madison Paige Doll or Flesh light, to simulate and stimulate the Madison and Ethan love scene? Or maybe a pair of real 3D glasses to go with Norman Jayden's virtual office? But then it hit me, "why the heck didn't Heavy Rain come bundled with a PlayStation Move controller?". The game would have been that much more interactive, and sexy. And why isn't this game on the Wii?

Ben from Netto's Game Room takes a look at 7 video games where dying doesn't mean the end, as the story and world simply continue on without you.

We present a list of horror games with depressing endings, each known for its unique experience and storytelling.

"Many video games catch not only great commercial attention but remarkable critical attention as well. We have seen games like Heavy Rain, The Last of Us Part II, and even entries in the Metal Gear series described as fantastic interactive experiences, even heralded in the same way as Hollywood's greatest films.
I would suggest that not only is this an unfair comparison but also a harmful one. Video games, by their very nature, are an intricately different medium and should be weighed against one another rather than another form of media," Phillip writes for GF365.
I think Hollywood films will becoming increasingly more like video games in the future, especially as the world embraces the "new normal" from the pandemic. It makes sense, as games like Spider-Man: Miles Morales showcase just how realistically we're reaching in graphical capabilities, as well as showcase extreme action sequences in spectacular ways. And as time goes by, it'll get easier and cheaper to produce such "art", as well as create new star "actors" that never age, never die, never complain, never gets involved in scandals, etc. Technology is amazing and we're only just getting a taste of what it'll eventually be.
No. For the money spent, a quality game provides far more entertainment value than a quality movie. Especially when looking at what is going on in the world, and how a studio can attempt to pilfer from consumers by charging 30 dollars for Mulan via streaming. Ridiculous. There is no comparison....games all day.
Unless I misread it, Heavy Rain is getting a ps move patch once it hit the shelves.
Wii should stick with games with less of an intense psychological storyline. Like the games its always been doing since the early years.
Heavy Rain would be an odd game on the Wii. You see games that are bright and happy, then you see the one game(HR) thats dark and gloomy (psychological storys are the best).
Leave the mature games to the adults.
grand parants and homemakers with nothing better to do than watch daytime television.
They buy the console, play a bit of wii fit and then shove it (and its shovelware) into the atic to collect dust.
Why isn't Heavy Rain on the Wii? Because it was made for a real console.
