Kalypso's strategy title Tropico 3 has been given a permanent price drop to $29.99 across all digital platforms.
The Humble Totally Tropico Bundle just launched today. It features games like Tropico 5, Tropico 4, Tropico 3, along with a number of expansions and DLC.

Again ? They've had great deals since before Black Friday, their end of year sale prices were a bit higher on some things but overall we've had a bunch of decent sales for nearly 2 months...best for me was Resident Evil 4,5 & 6 for $10 each.
The sales have been getting smaller and smaller and many of the games have been on repeat for the last year. And the prices aren't even tempting either, unless you are looking for 360 games that is.
Huh...I'm starting to suspect that if tower defense games had never been invented both XBL and PSN marketplaces would be half the size and twice as good.

I liked tropico, then I played tropico 2 at a friends house..... and I noticed that they were almost exactly the same.... then tropico 3 came out.... wait, am I having deja vu? Anyway, for a new game, $30 isn't so bad, but.... I still wouldn't fork it up. $15, yeah, thats a great deal. Just my opinion.
