You'll be able to pick it up on March 26 -- but only if you're in Europe, Asia, or Australia, as those are the only regions for which this edition has been announced.

I haven't seen a 3D movie since I was about 6 years old and 3D technology was crap, I have next to no interest in the thing but I have to say this game could be amazing in 3D. It seems like it was actually designed to be a 3D game from the get go when you think about it. With all the creepy giant Scarecrow sections, the first person perspective clips of enemies mocking you after you die, the zipline and cape aided flight over the rocky scenery and the giant enemies that run straight at you as you dive out of the way. This could really work well.
Why not just release the extra features as DLCs, instead of charging full price again. It's really pointless for people who've already bought the original version, unless they're crazy hardcore fans.
The PC was 3D on release with Nvidia 3D vision it also had Nvidia PhysX
Really this is just for consoles and to get more money out of a good game
They could just patch the current version to add the content
