Damn, I feel stupid when years ago I played all the dlc for fallout 3 except the pitt. My younger ass looked at it and thought it was boring without trying I believe... Well good reason to fire up the old dusty ps3!
Solid list, I'd add inFamous: Festival of Blood, although it was a standalone download, it still felt like an inFamous 2 expansion.
Blood and Wine might be the best ever though.
I'd also add in Horizon The Frozen Wilds. As I started it, I wasn't sure I had the energy, but my God that was awesome. Some of the best weapons, enemies and missions in Horizon for sure.
Blood and Wine is always the reason these "best DLC of all time" list gets made in the first place nowadays.
Don't think CDPR can come any where near with any upcoming CP2077 DLC.
I have beaten Bloodborne but though i have the DLC I never played through it. For now I want to wait and see if it gets a Bluepoint remake.
We all love open-world games, the sandbox genre alone has a ton of amazing titles. Today, we want to talk about the greatest open-world games ever created; the best of the best! Of course, there is a wide spectrum of what some people would consider a game 'open-world'. I know making a list like this is incredibly difficult and time consuming and I commend your effort. I also realize that its opinion and lists are always contentious. The game for me that is a glaringly absent is Dark Souls.
Oh believe me, I thought about it! I just felt like DS didn't put much emphasis on the 'open' aspect of its world. But an argument could definitely be had!

Dark Souls, Prototype, The Saboteur, Mercenaries 2, Batman Arkham City, Sunset Overdrive, Shadow of Mordor, Mafia II, Sleeping Dogs, one of the Deadrisings, and Red Faction Guerilla should've all made the list.

I would hope it's another expansion and not a full fledged release.
Bring on Dragon age 2!!!!!! , dragon age is my fav RPG this gen and imo the BEST sofar!! bioware rules i cant stop playing im on my 6th character and i cant wait for awakening!! if its not dragon age 2! i wont be disappointed one little bit but i hope it is!!! the only outher Rpg im hyped for would be a new elder scrolls game, but im hopeing for some co-op even if its only 1 friend that cant join me but i dont need it really just be cool to play online with my friend who is a rpg nutt tooo!!
