Gaming Age: Darwinia+ Review

Gaming Age writes: "Back in 2005 (I can't believe that was 5 years ago!) the original Darwinia was released on the PC and was well received. Three years later the developers created a multiplayer version of Darwinia called Multiwinia. If you are like me, you missed both of those boats; but luckily the boats have circled back around (as they usually do) and are docking on the 360 together as a single compilation called Darwinia+. I am glad I waited because I love a deal and getting two great games for the price of one is just fantastic. With the mash up of real time strategy and a god type game Darwinia alone really appeals to me; then add in the multiplayer modes of Multivania, such as King of the Hill, Domination and Capture the Flag and you would be hard pressed to find a game with a better fun to value ratio."

Darwinia + was a serious sleeper hit. Probably one of the more original games out there. Some big misses though.
