You were caught once breaking the rules why shouldn't they ban every console you sign on to with? He messed up and now he is complaining about they are "discriminating" yet he was the one dumb enough to not take the rules seriously.

I understand modders, cheaters being banned and they deserve it. However, you get to a certain point where the evidence starts to pile up. And this XBL Mod seems to bring a sh*t storm wherever he goes with people questioning his methods. XBL has a bunch of mod's but why is it always this guys name that keeps coming up?

How lame to pay for a service that at anytime a mod gets a bug up his bum you can be banned with no recourse.. Yeah, it doesn't happen often to legit folks but it has happened. Even if one innocent person is banned the whole thing is broke because there is no recourse.

It seems to me XBL is the Wild West for MS and they are acting like pit bosses to their customers.. It may not be wrong, but it sure gives a crappy impression.. So glad I don't pay for that anymore.

When it comes to style and grace, MS has none. I applaud them for going after cheaters but for craps sake MS get some couth.

I agree Miami this guy needs to give it a rest. He thinks having Xbox live is right and it isn't... if you break the terms then you're banned. He's trying to get back at the Mod that found him out and it's just not going to happen. We've all had to deal with these people online (Counter strike source comes to mind the most when I think about cheaters) and I for one love that MS has mods to get rid of people like him. If you want to use things like cheats do it with friends not online in public matches. And if you do go online and cheat just to mess with people be man enough to take the punishment when you're caught.

the guy (itzlupo) is a moron - they are well within their rights to ban EVERY account he creates from now until eternity, as he personally agreed to their terms. he has cheated, regardless of which profile, so he has broken the terms and conditions. every time he creates a new account or buys a new 360 i hope they continue to ban the accounts and 360s.

sorry buddy, but I have a hard time believing your console is brand new if you still only have a 20 gig hard drive. I agree with this guy, The pro was not using the right tone to approach what was happening, however you clearly did something wrong... and the fact that you have to say your console is brand new just to hide something usually isn't a good way to prove anything

@Blaze929 I don't know I think it's kind of an interest conflict if a moderator is playing the game with you. I've seen plenty of Admin's abuse their powers on all kinds of PC games, because when your in direct competition with someone they are going to believe you are cheating if your just to good. I've had more than my fair share of bans this way.

So I can't imagine him NOT abusing his power at one point or another, on an ASSUMPTION of breaking the USER AGREEMENT. There just no way if he keeps getting stomped, he might say something and who ever he's talking to might say something back out of spite this is goading or entrapment you can't do this in the legal system and there's no reason why it should be possible on Live!.

There is another Video of this, I just checked it out. The kid uses a nuke then rails on The Pro about humping his dead grandmother. However this video though unedited only starts AFTER he goes off, so there's no telling WHY he went off in the first place because that was technically edited out.

I just can't see the logic in an UNCHECKED moderation of users. Most systems even PS HOME as one person pointed out and most MMOs have a form of back tracking logs and sometimes even verbal comments. MS LIVE! seems like a wild wild west. There have been accounts of people in these kinds of positions taking advantage of the situation since Ultima ONLINE (1990s).

I was pissed but I did violate the terms that I had originally agreed too so there you go.

I say go after modders and cheats as hard as possible. Also the idea that this somehow shows the PS3's superiority is plain stupid. Folks are better off sticking to the graphics angle than the LIVE angle.

Also the idea that they got banned due to the language they used in game is silly. The reason they say that online interactions are not rated is because you cant regulate what people say during online games. These dude modded/cheated and then antagonized a mod with the language he used, it was not simply because he was cursing.
