Boldly Going Nowhere

Critical Gamer writes: I'm not sure what's wrong with me, but I've been spending some time protecting the galaxy recently. I've saved it from many a poorly scripted alien coated in so much prosthetic make-up that it makes them all blend together into roughly what you'd get if you put an Action Man in the microwave. I'm enjoying Star Trek online it's a lot of fun, there are some problems but I'm hopefully of them being iron out

I was really interested in this game, but I'm slightly put off by some of the people who would populate it. Who can resist exploring the Trek universe though!

I'm also interested in it but not sure seems to be a few to many problems with the game :(

Cryptic need to develop their games more before releasing them, this and Champions both seem a bit malnourished.

agreed, this game needed another few months of development to flesh out the game. but this is the youngest MMO i have played. WoW and FFXI had been around for years before i started playing them, so maybe in half a years time it will be better. Hell im already at Commander7 and alot of players are already at rearAdmiral and complaining about the lack of content. oh well, 30free days is enough time to get to end game and quit before the Sub kicks in.

...and I can tell you right now that it isn't complete. The Federation faction is no more bugged than any other launch time MMO, but the Klingon faction is a joke.

It just echoes what everyone was saying during beta, even with the vast changes in the patches it still wasn't ready for release and everyone knew it.
