What's a mod talking, having a conversation, on XBL anyway? not really sure how it works, but the only time a mod should be talking to you is when someone else reports you and they hand out a warning or at least a notice. By the sound of things that guy was on a common channel just handing out bans as things went on.

i understand the banning process...but when you have a game that allows to exploit it, how can you bann the player for finding these glitches and such, especially cause these xbox players are paying for their online access. idk..just my two cents. talk to your game creators, or make a system that isnt so easily hacked/modded.

I found exploits and glitches in Left 4 Dead and used them but you do that when your board with the game and have all the achievements. But even Sony is not this harsh when it comes to their mods online this guy is unprofessional instead of kicking those that even say something the wrong way. Why doesn't this mod get off his pizza pop eating diet coke drinking ass and go after the little kids who scream, and say racist crap when they suck at a game.

It sounds more like the video creator had done something wrong, repeatedly, intimidated The Pro and got the brunt of it.

When you read the title and listen to the video, you are only listening for some high and mighty moderator. If you actually listen to what The Pro is saying and what the VC seems to cut out, I am sure there is a bigger story which isn't being told.

I am sure The Pro is doing his job fine and gets pissed when people try to get a rise out of him and provoke him. There is no chance that Microsoft is going to have a revelation when they see this video, if they ever do, or care to.

From an evidential perspective...we don't really have any idea what happened here.

Clearly, the mod was annoyed...and possibly douchey. However, he gives pretty ample warning that if people don't shape up bans are gonna happen. Then we conveniently have a blank not showing us what happened, and then there's a ban. The general attitude of the players was that they weren't taking his threats seriously, so I wouldn't be shocked if they did something wrong...just enough to give him reason.

Not saying who is right, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth from both sides.

The "capture card" issue is pure BS. This guy edited the heck out of this video in an attempt to make it seem like he was an innocent victim of a bully moderator. Granted, the moderator could have acted a bit more professionally.

I shake my head for everyone who feels sorry for the guy. He went out of his way to cut what he said out of the video and only show the final interaction with the mod. He picked the wrong guy to pick on and got busted.

no doubt the guys that got banned were glitching and or being douches. you signed up for Live, that means you signed the terms and agreements. you break those rules, even for 1 second, and you can have your account and console banned. these guys obviously did. and pissing off a moderator isnt a smart idea, although these guys obviously arent that smart.

i personally wish the moderators would ban MORE people. people that glitch and cheat ruin online gaming for everyone else, and i personally file a complaint and give bad feedback to every single person that i come across that does it.

Folks need to grow up. If ToS is broken or your decide to break the CoC on Xbox Live then you should expect to be banned. Simple as that.

Hmmm... the mod shouldn't have openly told everyone that he would ban "their accounts", but at the same time we can't hear or see what actually instigated the cause. I mean seriously, the whole video is only showing the actual outcome of the incident, but not the whole story. No one can judge a book by its end, we have to know what happened in the beginning and the middle to really be able to acknowledge if the mod did actually do anything wrong. When i use to take complaint calls as a operations manager, i could get pretty riled up with clients that didn't listen or understand totally what i was saying, and if people just heard the ending of my conversations they would think im a total jacka$$! However, there was a reason i got no official complaints about these things. It was because i did it within the guidelines and the clients know it. Something tells me the mod may be an a$$hat, but he is doing the right thing, its just his way of communicating it across maybe a little harsh. Either way we will never know because we don't see the whole picture. The mod may have already been speaking to them for hours before the actual event occurred, all i saw was the last 5 mins.

The guy that recorded the video "itz lupo" is a well known xbox modder that does live feeds of his modded lobbies so the mod was actually in the right with banning him even if he was a huge ass and with the other bans he did all he did was show them get banned not what they did to get banned so pretty much this video is pointless.
