if your not good enough to deal with the 1hk sniper then thats your problem. by the way if you knew what a sniper rifle really does, you would understand that its a one shot kill gun all the time. surviving a high caliber and high capacit round found in a sniper rifle is next to impossible, it would blow off your limbs if you were shot in real life and leaves easily a 1 to 2 inch hole in your body. so stop complaining its not that bad, i find the update to make it more realistic now. but thats just my 2 cents

I like the new patch , AK47 is more powerful now which is great ..

I was very good before the update, now it's not even funny 25 kills a game, love the new update.

i like the update, plays alot better now that people can't take 100 bullet and live. i mean really, before your be shorting someone 50 times and still he be able to run around something and hid? i mean really? now that bulls&&t out. and the 1 hit kill sniper better, there no need to hit some1 2 times with a sniper bullet guys, is there?

Haven't played the game since the new patch came out. But from what I'm hearing so far this sounds like a disaster. The AK47 I thought was an already powerful gun. I actually pick it over the FAL, which I used to use. I'm not a big fan of dying too fast. Gears added a hardcore mode for about a week and it was a disaster. We died within 2 seconds.

Its so unbalanced now, its annoying. The Fun is gone!!!

Sniper is a Powerweapon now, why pick up the RPG when it has only 2 shots.

ND i love your guys, but this update is a nightmare.

I like it. The sniper rifle deters people from running around with the Pistole which was way too powerful. I think its fine and people are just nitpicking.

It was a different style game, now it's like COD, almost every encounter leads to one side's death: No more running for covers underfire, no more getting near to hustle.. If it began like this, maybe I would have liked it, but this is something you shouldn't do mid-term. Small balance fixes are OK, but Naughty Dog changed *the entire play-style.* And this new style, I don't like. And I am relectant to shell out more money for this game anymore (new maps, etc)

I have not played MP in a few months....played after the update and I didnt notice the issues mentioned....guess you have to play all the time to see the diff...gameplayed fine for me..

this update was great, lower health = you HAVE to use cover, it's a cover shooter people, not running around like It's gay *** CoD

I did not play UC2 online for more than a week due to the ridiculous damage system alone. I hated the fact that it took no skill or strategy to play UC2 online because all you had to do was run around like a headless chicken and bullets would magically bounce off you. Now you will have to look where you are going and work as a team in order to get the job done.

I do agree that it should be a seperate mode so those who can't handle it can stick to the chaos of near limitless health and miniscule weapon damage.

Absolutely a big impact on PlayStation but I'd say leadership is the key factor. When leadership changes so does the studio. Leadership is so important for the counties success of a developer.

I wouldn't mind Sony to give us a remaster of the trilogy for PS5 and finally releases it on PC, or even remake Among Thieves.

It was such a well made game, you could tell how much love was poured into it.

Such a shame Amy Hennig got forced out and never got to be there when Nathan Drakes story ended.

One of the best ps3 games of all time imo. The adventure I felt in that game is still one of the best I've ever played. They did amazing with MP as well, god I miss it.

U2 set the standard for PS exclusives, and a standard for how stories were told in SP games in general. The seamless transitions from gameplay to cutscenes, fancier camera work, cinematic feel in in-game set pieces, organic voice acting/line delivery. Devs can deny it all they want but everybody was trying to be U2 after it's release. I prefer it over U4 even cause it's a much more straight forward game in its genre.

Final fantasy 7

From the very start the train sequence was wow… one of the best most memorable opening i can recall.

I love UC2, beat it many times on PS3, and beat it once for PS4, played tons of multiplayer as well. Most important? I wouldn't agree. A game that cemented the entirety of the PlayStation branding against its competition, not just a single company, would be more important.

Final Fantasy VII, Metal Gear Solid, Gran Turismo. Or if you want to count GTA III since it was a temporary exclusive and propelled PS2 hardware sales beyond what anyone could have ever imagined. After a single year on the market, PS2 took over nearly the entire console marketshare to itself.

i havent played 1,2,3 been a later bloomer only played thiefs end and lost legacy am i missing out

Absolutely is. It made uncharted 1 look so mediocre. It also set a bar so high, not just for gaming, but for Action Adventure games. I played the MP religiously and made some amazing friends through it. I especially loved mercing the ND devs.

Hopefully ND comes back swinging with the next game release. They sure know how to make quality storytelling
