The Hunter is the best hunting game/sim ever! Unbelievable graphics and not for the impatient. I've never gotten so much satisfaction from a single trigger pull in a FPS, and that's probably because you earn every shot you take with 30-60 minutes of preparation, tracking, calling, etc.
Best part is it's free if you stick to Mule Deer and a .243 rifle.
