The game is evocative of everything from Geometry Wars, to Tron, to Lemmings. The only really consistent impression this game gives you is that its nostalgic for the 80's, and isn't afraid to get sentimental. But can a strategy game really make you care for little green stick figure who never talk, and always seem to die? Yes, yes it can.

Darwinia + was a serious sleeper hit. Probably one of the more original games out there. Some big misses though.
