PSLS Writes:
Blue Toad Murder Files follows a series of dastardly deeds that occur in the quintessentially English village of Little Riddle through a series of episodic games. Last year, PlayStation LifeStyle interviewed Jade Tidy, the producer of the title, about the episodes. Now, PSLS has caught up with the award winning Buzz! creators Relentless Software to talk to Jade Tidy, Paul Woodbridge, the design director, as well as the fantastic voiceover artist Tom Dussek in their most candid interview yet, to see how the game has progressed, learn of its impending US release date, plans for a second series, as well as news on their secret project.

Independent studio Relentless Software has removed the mandatory price tag from Murder Files as they kick off a 'pay what you want' campaign, with 20% of proceeds going to charity GamesAid.
CEO Andrew Eades admits it's "an experiment as much as anything" and didn't want price to block PC gamers from discovering Murder Files. This could happen more in the future.

Pocket Gamer: Blue Toad Murder Files doesn't feel like a port of a PS3 game. It feels like a title that's found its rightful home after a couple of years of wandering. The simple gameplay translates perfectly to the touchscreen of your iOS device, and the gentle pace is perfect for an evening spent reclining on the sofa.
It's by no means a perfect game, and there are some issues with load times in particular with this version, but if you're looking for a series of interconnected mini-games held together by comedy stereotypes then you're in for something of a treat.

Relentless Software co-founder Andrew Eades has revealed some very tasty sales figures for Blue Toad Murder Files.
The charming and child-friendly digital-only title has now reached over 500k sales for its episodes, with the number jumping to 827k when free episodes are included.
I hope it hits next week, that would be great. I like the idea of the 3 pack right away for the US.
Great interview!
Seems odd that we in the US have been left out in the cold. There seems to be a decent amount of interest here for this.
Oooh an entire episode for free? That's even better than a demo! Time to see if they get my money after giving me a taste. :)
Great interview.
