Pixel Enemy: Last week Pixel Enemy got a chance to attend the Sega Press event in New York City. With a strong line up on display for 2010, it looks like Sega is set to have a banner 1st half of the year. One of the games on display was Alpha Protocol, a game that seems like it has been in development for an eternity. Fear not, we got a chance to chat with Alpha Protocol's Assistant Producer, Matthew Hickman, about the delay, the combat, and different approaches your character can take in the game. Alpha Protocol seems to be the next installment in the Western RPG. It looks and plays like a traditional 3rd person shooter but has the leveling up system of a traditional RPG. Alpha Protocol has sneaked its way back onto Steam as part of its Summer Sale, much to the surprise of a few loyal fans.
One of the few 7th gen game that I'll full heartedly support for a remake.
Its a very unique RPG and deserves its faults fixed the 2nd time.
I would be so for this. Alpha Protocol is the definition of a diamond in the rough. Before being acquired by Microsoft, Obsidian presented their ideas for a sequel, multiple times, but were always shot down. Even something simple like a remaster is very unlikely.
Still have a physical copy for my PS3. Clunky at times but I had a lot of fun with it back in the day.

Honorable mention to the excellent Driveclub, one of the best racing games of all-time and one of my favourite games ever.

I really wanted a MotorStorm using the same engine, Driveclub is easily one of the best looking games on PS4 and I'm surprised they didn't even give it a PS4 Pro patch.
I adored Driveclub and the Bike expansion. I also loved Motorstorm. Evolution shutting down was a crime
Outrun Online Arcade, Sega Rally Online Arcade, After Burner Climax... all good stuff. I keep my 360 hooked up to play these as well as the TMNT games that were also delisted.
