They are all about ripping costumers off. and makings tons of profits abusing their names.
i never liked the ipod its an overpriced mini drive that plays musik garbage, i like the macs but im a huge ipod hater and this iphone is more of the same i hope it flops hard real hard its to much.

5. No 3G.
Well so far only big cities have 3G so if you live outside of the big city how does this benefit the majority? It doesn't. 3G will probably show up first in the Euro version and then the next US version.

4. Small capacity.
Your complaining about 4-8GB of space.... What do you want CNET 20GB's?

3. 2 yr contract.
It's only a rumor it requires a data plan because WiFi is free. 2 yr contract is expected because you can't have an exclusive phone if the phone can just free roam anywhere... AT&T needs to make some money back since it's basically paying Apple to use it's phones on their network.

2. Non-removable battery.
It might not be easy, but you can remove it just like the iPod's battery.
Expect iPhone battery kits in about 6 months.

1. Cost.
Remember the iPod? People complained about the cost too but they still sold millions.

Is that its clear surface is the same as the Nano. My Nano scratched so easily that it looked aged before its time.

Do agree., but I bet everybody would still really love one of these in their hands right now, besides all the negative firsts' mistakes which in the future could easily be fixed ( like 3G, more hard drive capacity, would eventually get cheaper ). Thought the biggest mistake was the batteries, really a dumb idea, this is not an ipod that only caters to videos/music. It's all about communication plus... How would they and you know if the batteries are really that reliable to last. That was their mistake with the ipod/ipod video and should have learnt from it.

sounds like ITR works for Apple or some sh!t. Me personally, I have always hated Apple. The only thing Apple have done right was making of iTunes, and thats about it. Everything else they sell and promote is all garbage. Yay, I cant wait to pay 600 bucks for a phone. I mean honestly, if you Apple/Ipod ppl are so into getting the iPhone, why dont you save that 600 bucks, and wait till you get 600 more, and buy one of their crappy Macbooks. It would prolly do you a lot more than an iPhone.

This is why Apple sucks:
They Charge way too much for way to little. Example: when released, the 30GB Video Ipod was 399.99. When Zune came out is was only 249.99, and still 30 GBs, plus Zune had way more specs than the iPod, and for 150 bucks cheaper. Another example. It costs almost 1699.99 to get a Macbook with only 1GB of ram, 120GB HDD, and only a 13.3" screen, and i can get an HP laptop with a 17", 2GB Ram, 200GB HDD, and an AMDx2 processor, all for 1299.99, and it included a printer. Id just like to know what Apple is thinking about when they make up their prices. Sure all their products are small and lightweight and you can shove them up your @ss, but honestly, there are tons of other great products like the iPod, iPhone, Mac, and Macbooks, and in most cases they are better and offer more, specific wise, then the Apple brand does.

Apple just makes no sense.
