
TeamXbox writes: "THQ dropped by the TeamXbox offices recently to give another look at Metro 2033, which is due out on March 16. The upcoming FPS-created by Ukrainian developer 4A Games-promises to take us on quite a wild ride through post-apocalyptic Russia.
Metro 2033 has been adapted from the 2002 novel of the same name, written by Dmitry Glukhovsky. After he wrote it, Glukhovsky gained visibility for the book and boosted its popularity by posting the novel on his website for anyone to read. Reportedly, the book sold 400,000 copies in Russia alone, and later this month, it's expected to be introduced to the rest of the world via new translations to other languages."
