This tidbit went largely unnoticed yesterday, which I found strange. I saw the headline in today's remainders of press-wire stuff and immediately it made me wonder what Microsoft could be up to. The article itself talks about the two companies working together to develop connected entertainment applications, and it seemed to hint that these may be focused on the Chinese market. Either way, I found the investment in a hardware company interesting and if I may, I'll take a few stabs and potential larger meaning...

With the ninth mainline installment looming, it feels like the right moment to rank every mainline Resident Evil game from worst to best.
At first I was like, No Code Veronica on the list!? But then I seen Mainline. The list checks out, but I would personally put 2 over 4.
I'll take 2 over 4 also. And even without a number, I don't see how Code Veronica, my other favorite in the franchise, isn't mainline when it's the actual sequel to RE2.
The original RE was the best. Its not on the list which makes no sense.
The remake of it was alright but should be higher on this list.

I just started this game last night, just the player creation had me upset. You choose male but they stand like a female. Eyebrows are all effeminate, face, and verything seems to be modeled after a female with a thin male overlay.
I only played the opening and didn’t even complete that before I turned the game off. I will likely go back and try it again, but a very weird first impression.
The franchise has been complete utter garbage for almost 20 years. The first one was the only decent game of the lot of them.

Honestly Janky Generic feeling titles with Humor that tried to way too hard. People criticize Borderlands for its humor, but holy hell, still leagues better than any SR.
O, yeah, now this is one hell of a combination, China & M$, I wonder how long will thouse TV's last untill it's shows a message-"This TV has encountered an error and needs to be put out of fire"

Stupidest thing ever. A microsoft designed TV will do a number of things:
1)Will have a red ring on it (for those unenforced errors)
2)Ask ‘are you sure?’ when switching the tv off
3)Have a ctrl/alt/del button on the remote control
4)Crash when changing a channel
5)Get so hot you heat up the whole street
6)Ask if you would like to update in the middle of watching a movie
7)Have an episode of The Simpsons running continuously all day because it is ‘unable to end program’
