Looking back it seems like every month brought a new major release or surprise hit, particularly for those of us with multiple consoles (I may be a TeamXbox editor, but I quite enjoyed inFamous, Uncharted 2 and Dead Space: Extraction). Unfortunately, it could be argued that last year had more lows than highs, as the industry was plagued with delays motivated both by business decisions (avoiding the titanic release of Modern Warfare 2 primarily) and considerations of quality. Some of those games have already seen release so far this year, with Bayonetta releasing at the beginning of January and Capcom's oft-delayed Dark Void finally careening into stores this week."
