Bright Hub writes: "Perhaps the best way to begin explaining Bayonetta is by describing its titular heroine. She's a ten foot tall witch, her clothes are made up of her own hair, she has guns attached to her feet, talks like Lara Croft and looks like that English teacher you always had a crush on. She moves beautifully and kills efficiently, she is the absolute zenith of action heroes.
Bayonetta is as refined and beautiful as the game she stars in. The first game from Platinum Studios (comprised of the remnants of Clover studios, Capcom's maverick collective) and directed by Hidecki Kamiya (Okami, Viewtiful Joe), Bayonetta stands tall amongst the current crop of imitation brawlers (Darksiders and Dantes's Inferno, im looking at you) as a shining example of this straining sub-genre, and with God Of War 3, its real competition mere months away, its just ahead of the game."

I could definitely see a Bayonetta/Dante game. Imagine them initially battling each other before eventually teaming up to take on the big baddies. Now, imagine what their child(ren) would be like.
Bayonetta and Dante I could see but even then with how their lore differs it's a hard sell. For the others...I just can't see it at all.
I feel he's just saying whatever comes to him online

The creator of the Bayonetta franchise Hideki Kamiya appeared in an interview and discussed the plans for the future of the series.
extremely fun game, picked it up a couple weeks ago, haven't played any other game since then.
the game is so rewarding, the game is far more better than DMC4. the game is twice the length of it and has 3 times the amount of boss fights as well. plus it piratically has little to almost no backtracking, it's made up of constantly new ideas and places. the levels are plenty, long, and enjoyable.
in devil may cry 4 the levels are 12 minutes each (depending on how good you are) and you go over the same places twice with Nero and then again with Dante, what's worse is that Dante gets a shorter trip with slightly different bends in it.
what's dumb about the frequent same area trips, is that you end up replaying the same levels anyway just so you can purchase new moves.
anyways, it's amazing how these guys behind bayonetta were a simple croup of refugees from capcom, cause capcom just got their assess handed to them. sh!t, before i played the demo i wasn't even thinking of this game to get an 8/10.
this game is a must buy, not because of that main character but because of the sheer fun factor the game has.
