With highly effective game play, and beautiful graphics, this game about a modern witch easily pleases. Even without automatic combos on the harder play modes, the game offers a combo system that is a great deal easier to navigate then many other games of a similar nature and gives you plenty of opportunities to practice Bayonetta's more exotic moves. Bayonetta is a delicious game to behold on either the PS3 or the Xbox 360, and is definitely one of this year's essential console purchases.

I could definitely see a Bayonetta/Dante game. Imagine them initially battling each other before eventually teaming up to take on the big baddies. Now, imagine what their child(ren) would be like.
Bayonetta and Dante I could see but even then with how their lore differs it's a hard sell. For the others...I just can't see it at all.

Bayonetta is a witch who enter contracts with demons for power and Dante is a demon, not really hard to connect.
They could even write in an alliance between the umbra witches and sparda.
On the surface yeah but the actual lore the two games have given us if you go into it...not so much.
