Founded in 1998, Starbreeze has grown to be a 50 man studio and has been delivering great games since their early PC titles - 'Outforce' and 'Enclave'. Today, they are working on their first next-gen game for the PS3 - 'The Darkness'.

It has been ten years of the franchise and a celebration is planned.
Circana data shows Resident Evil 5 as the best selling Resident Evil game in the US, ahead of Resident Evil 4 remake and Village.
With the ninth mainline installment looming, it feels like the right moment to rank every mainline Resident Evil game from worst to best.
At first I was like, No Code Veronica on the list!? But then I seen Mainline. The list checks out, but I would personally put 2 over 4.
I'll take 2 over 4 also. And even without a number, I don't see how Code Veronica, my other favorite in the franchise, isn't mainline when it's the actual sequel to RE2.
The original RE was the best. Its not on the list which makes no sense.
The remake of it was alright but should be higher on this list.
this is going to be a really nice game. can't wait to play it.

...this game has characters (I believe the Darklings) voiced by none other than MIKE PATTON himself. Holy crap that's awesome. Also, Riddick was an awesome game so I don't see why this can't rule as well.
