District 9 director Neill Blomkamp has achieved fame in a very short period of time, but that doesn't make him comfortable with the role. Speaking to the LA Times, the South African developer lamented the way Hollywood treats most of its properties in a disposable manner. When talking about expanding District 9 into other mediums, Blomkamp had a very interesting response for gamers.
"I play a lot of video games," said Blomkamp. "The idea of District 9 as a video game stresses me out a little bit because games based on movies rarely work. And movies based on games don't work -- I don't know what's up with that."

Mojang has partnered with Merlin Entertainments to build the world's first Minecraft theme park in the UK.

A three-episode live-action adaptation of the first two Yakuza video games will debut Tuesday, March 17 exclusively IGN. Each episode is about an hour long and will stream on IGN.com and IGN’s YouTube channel.
