Xbox 360 has 3d Gaming, look at Avatar, G-force, Skate 2, burnout...

I Hope they stop using the red/blue glass and move to some thing like RealD, I won't play a game in the red/blue form

So i guess my KDL40Z4500 is ready !

The first games (maybe this whole gen) we'll probably only see racing games or simple sports games in 3D. Games that don't require a lot of changing environments that can run at 1080p/ 60fps. We won't see large games until the 3D tv's get a larger user base.

You can get 3D stereoscopic (like I Max or Real D 3D) on VGA, S-Video, DVI and component HD before HDMI just look at Nvidia 3D vision

Zalman make a 19" and 22" monitor that is polarized and the couple of 360 games like that kung fu tiger one and avatar will have a menu option where you can pick your 3-D standard.

(I had a Zalman 22" and was awesome but sent back due to stuck pixel and am now using shutter glasses with Nvidia 3D vision)

Most 3-D screens seem to only run in 3-D mode when you are at native resolution of the screen.
For example I have a PS3 and a Samsung Plasma that is capable of 3D. I am unable to play say Avatar in 3D because via HDMI to my screen the PS3 won't let me select 1360x768 which is what the Samsung wants otherwise it won't even have 3D in my menu options on the TV.

Xbox 360 has a setting whereby it will output at a screens native resolution, which is great and would make 3D work on my Plasma but the only port on the back of my TV you can do 3D with is a HDMI port.
I don't have a 360HDMI :(

I also have PC with the Nvidia 3d vision bundle, so all PC gaming I can do in 3-D with shutterglasses and is awesome.

I have been into the 3-D scene since April this year and researched every option under the sun.

As someone else said, its great news 3-D is becoming mainstream. bring on the blockbuster movies in 3-D to the home instead of the D grade films we have had for the past 10 years.

Did you know you can use the dolphin emulator on PC using Nvidia 3d vision and play in 3-D :)
Also have done dreamcast in 3-D, I really like smash brawl bros emulated in 3-D worked great!!!!

I use VGA, why does nobody ever mention that? as far as I know VGA is not limited by this problem, most HDTV's have VGA, to me it looks better, GTA for example has lots of shadowing issues with HDMI, with VGA I have none.

but im not paying a penny on a new tv, atleast not until my current tv breaks

id be a lot more interested in virtual reality goggles, for gaming and movies

id be prepared to pay 299 euro for them
