Spoilers!... Must Stay Away!

4Sh0w5991d ago (Edited 5991d ago )

Its really vague stuff, I mean the closes thing to a spoiler is:

"Save humanity throughout the galaxy........." but I mean who doesn't know the game is about saving humanity from some sort of annihilation? Aren't most games? That really doesn't tell you anything specific about the story.

I particularly like this one:

Long Service Medal
Complete Mass Effect 2 twice, or complete it once with a charachter imported from Mass Effect 1.

SevWolf5991d ago

Yeh, that Long Service one is awesome :D , sort of rewards the players who kept their saves...but still I'll be playing it multiple times with my many old saces and new ones :) God my excitement is SKY HIGH!! I'm also happy that the Achievements seem challenging but not as time consuming as ME's ones...god thise were crazy and specific (those ally ones were a b1tch)

Saaking5991d ago

I'm currently playing through ME again to have my character ready for ME2.

005991d ago

I thought the achievements would be more creative.

SHOTGUN MANIA5991d ago

They look espeacially easy compared to the first one, Reach level 30 i mean that doesn't sound to difficult unlike reaching level 60 in the first one. I hope theres more side missions and more worlds to explore other than that i so can't wait to get playing this.

blu_yu_away5991d ago

Unfortunately I fear that maybe level 30 is the sequels level cap like level 60 was in the first.

Bro missing companions: Legion, Grunt, Samara/Morinth, Javik, EDI

anast524d ago

Legion, Zaeed, and Jack are my favorites.

RiseNShine524d ago

To think that Bioware at some point was capable of doing games like this, you see those characters and remember them like good old friends, and now check ME Andromeda, Anthem, Veilguard etc and wonder what the hell happened.

anast524d ago

They lost too much talent.

IAMRealHooman524d ago

some in andromeda are decent, I agree with peebee and Vetra being good companions. Except Liam he's trash tier

anast523d ago

Liam lol I can't stand that dude.

"I started playing games yesterday" the List... Meh!

How about a few RPGs that deserve some love instead?
1 - Alpha Protocol - Now on GOG
2 - else Heart.Break()
3 - Shadowrun Trilogy
4 - Wasteland 2
5 - UnderRail
6 - Tyranny
7 - Torment: Tides of Numenera

And for a bonus game that flew under the radar:
8 - Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

Loved Alpha Protocol in all it's glorious jank. Great game.

SimpleSlave772d ago (Edited 772d ago )

Not only glorious jank, but the idea that the story can completely change depending on what you do, or say, or side with, makes it one of the most forward thinking games ever. The amount of story permutation is the equivalent of a Hitman level but in Story Form. And it wasn't just that the story changed, no, it was that you met completely new characters, or missed them, depending on your choices. Made Mass Effect feel static in comparison.

Alpha Protocol was absolutely glorious, indeed. And it was, and still is, more Next Gen than most anything out there these days. In this regard at least.

Pity.
