Alien invasions are perfect video game fodder. They provide a fantastic backdrop for amazing heroism and allow the use of neat sci-fi weapons and gadgets that might otherwise seem out of place. Perhaps the enticing aspect of this scenario is the underdog factor. Except for a few rare occasions, humanity is almost always the ones who are being overwhelmed by the advanced alien weapons and powers. It's much more exciting when humans can come up with a way to blast aliens to pieces. Everyone loves an underdog victory, and 0 Day Attack on Earth is a game built entirely on this concept. It doesn't have much of a plot, but it focuses entirely on what makes those sorts of adventures exciting: pilots in inferior machines using their skills to overcome a seemingly unstoppable alien foe.

Oh wow how fast they keep adding them it's so good to know all new Xbox consoles are gonna carry all these games with better graphics it's amazing
Backwards compatibility should be a standard going forward. There should be no reason it can't be done. I expect the PS5 to play all PS4 games. We already know that's going to be the case with Xbox 5.

The core idea of the game is the Earth has been invaded by massive alien motherships, leaving it down to our space-pilot heroes to defeat them and save the day."
Gaming Target writes: "It's unlikely that 0 Day Attack on Earth will grab you in any meaningful way and at 1200 Microsoft Points ($15), it's much too expensive to take a flyer on. Twin stick shooter fans have many other places to look to get their fix on the XBLA and almost all of them would be a better choice than 0 Day."
